Jason Walker

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Jason Walker joined WMS’ leadership team in 2014 and has nearly 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. In his role as SVP and CFO, Mr. Walker is responsible for roaming revenues, financial planning, accounting, audit, treasury, tax, and corporate development.

Before joining WMS, Mr. Walker was responsible for strategic analysis at AT&T Mobility where he provided financial leadership on a broad range of projects including business development, product launches, domestic and international roaming, and strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Mr. Walker’s career spans the gamut of finance and marketing disciplines with notable focus in the areas of Pricing and Market Analysis, FP&A, and Corporate Development.  Mr. Walker holds a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA degree in Finance from Georgia State University.
