Mr. Hearn, a 20 year veteran in the wireless industry, was named President and CEO of WMS in May of 2010. Mr. Hearn has held numerous senior level carrier positions including Sr. Vice President of Sales and Operations at TeleCorp, an AT&T affiliate. Prior to TeleCorp, Mr. Hearn was Vice President and General Manager for Alltel. His responsibilities included Distribution Development/Management, Marketing Strategy & Implementation, Product Positioning & Rollout, Sales Organization Development, Operations Management, and full P&L responsibility. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Bill Hague is responsible for developing international strategy for AT&T's wireless operations, including the development of international partnerships and the implementation of domestic and international roaming agreements. He also manages the company's wireless operations in the cruise ship business. Prior to this role, Mr. Hague was executive vice president - International Roaming and Development, responsible for developing and implementing the former AT&T Wireless' international partner and roaming strategies for voice and data. During this time, AT&T Wireless' international roaming capabilities grew from 3 to 180 countries. Mr. Hague previously managed AT&T Wireless' Mergers and Acquisitions Department on both the national and international front. Before joining AT&T Wireless, Hague served as Director of Legal Affairs for Pacific Northwest Cellular/Western Wireless Communications. He was also a partner at the law firm of Stokes, Eitelbach & Lawrence. Mr. Hague currently serves on the board of directors of the global GSM Association. He is also president of the African Education Foundation, a private foundation he established in 1980 after serving in the Peace Corps in West Africa. Mr. Hague holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado as well as a Master's Degree in Health Administration and a J.D. from the University of Washington.

Errol Olivier is a leading executive with more than 25 years’ experience serving the oil & gas services and telecommunications industry. He brings his vast experience leading technical, operational and sales management expertise to his role as CEO and President at MTN where he is responsible for all daily operations and further elevating the quality and breadth of services the company delivers to its customers.In addition, his focus is defining and leading the long-term strategy and vision of MTN’s suite of solutions and market expansion, as well as fostering relationships with existing MTN customers. Prior to joining MTN, Mr. Olivier served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadpoint, a private equity owned satellite and cellular communications company, serving the oil industry in the Gulf of Mexico. There he was responsible for leading the company through the final integration of four companies into one branded service organization until the company was sold to CellularOne in 2010. In addition, Mr. Olivier was the President and COO for CapRock Communications where he led the administration of the company’s global sales, marketing, engineering and operations for seven foreign countries as well as three operations centers in the United States. Mr. Olivier is credited with pioneering the first multi-tenant satellite telecommunications strategy serving the oil & gas industry in the Gulf. During his seventeen-year tenure, he led CapRock through significant operational and financial growth and achievement of industry recognitions for innovation and operational excellence.Mr. Olivier served as Chairman of VISTA, a satellite users group organized to act as the voice of the client, providing productive business and technical outlook to the satellite manufacture’s executive management team. Mr. Olivier graduated in Industrial Electronics Technology from Louisiana Technical College (formerly T.H. Harris).

Jerry serves as Vice President for AT&T’s wireless unit. Prior to his current position, Healy served as Vice President - Financial Planning and Analysis for the wireless and consumer units. Healy joined SBC Communications in 1993 as a Corporate Accounting Manager. After progressing through various positions in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis, he became Executive Director - Finance for Network Services in 2001. He was named Executive Director – Management Cost Systems in 2004 and then named Executive Director – Finance supporting wireline operations in 2005. He was named Executive Director – Investor Relations in 2007. Before joining SBC, Healy worked for KPMG Peat Marwick in San Antonio, Texas. A native of South Dakota, Healy earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Dakota in 1990 and his MBA from the University of Texas in 1998.

Mr. Anderson is a founding partner of Ignition. He invests in enterprise data and applications companies and represents Ignition as director on the boards of Full Capture Solutions, MarketRange, Jobster and N'Site Solutions. Jon is a former board member of Wildseed which was acquired by AOL.Prior to Ignition, Jon spent nine years at Microsoft Corporation in several strategic roles, advising the company's executive management on overall business strategy, guiding such key issues as enterprise licensing and pricing, financing and P&L management. Most recently he led a team responsible for development and execution of Microsoft's volume licensing programs, an $8 billion business, negotiations of licensing agreements with Microsoft's largest customers and the enhancement of core product business and licensing models and creation of business models for emerging products. Jon also served as General Manager of Worldwide Business Strategy for Steve Ballmer and as Corporate Controller. Jon led the creation of the company's current P&L, measurement and competitive reporting systems. Jon led efforts that made changes to business models for core products that lead to multi-billion dollar profit contributions. Jon led or was a core member of the team’s leading company acquisitions including FoxPro, Visio, Microsoft's first email product, Microsoft Mail, and the company's proposed merger with Intuit.Prior to joining Microsoft, Jon was a CPA and Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche, where he served as an advisor to companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to new technology start-ups. Mr. Anderson attended the University of Oregon and received his degree in business administration from Central Washington University.
